Leave the username and password the way it is as touching any of the settings might affect the connection
On the "HEADER HOST" insert "mtn1app.mtn.com"
On the "PROXY HOST" insert "10.199.212.2"
On the "PROXY" insert "8080"
On "FASTEST HTTP" select "FASTEST HTTP:1"
Select simple on the next button then click on connect.
